A consumer who happens to be a friend of mine reached out to me regarding a concern they had with an LG Electronics product. They called the customer service line but could not get their issue resolved so they reached out to me.
I contacted someone I know who is an executive with the company and the response to his concern was prompt and the issue either has been or is soon to be resolved.
I thank God for J. T and his well trained staff at LG Electronics for their prompt and professional response to their valued customer's concerns. Way to go John and everyone at LG Electronics who is helping your customer get their issue resolved.
