I sent an email to the Bureau Director of the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and I received a response that the complaint has been "recorded in their complaint retention system." This enables the agency to determine when a company is receiving numerous complaints and may be in violation of the law so that they can respond...and respond they will if they receive enough complaints from consumers regarding a company. This particular company is located in Florida and is a distributor of a Resveratrol Supplement.
For reference, as the company is headquartered in Florida I was also referred to the Florida Division of Consumer Services. The contact information to file a complaint with the FTC or the Florida Division of Consumer Services is as follows:
