DELL TECH SUPPORT DOES IT AGAIN! DELL TECH SUPPORT DELIVERED ME OUTSTANDING SERVICE AGAIN!
I received a new Dell Printer and I could not get the thing hooked up so it would work right on my computer. It was not the printer or the instructions or anything like that. The issue was that my head could not properly (cognitively) understand the directions...it has to do with those nasty tumors inside my brain that just won't leave me alone...those pesky things that they are. So, what might seem simple to most people for me is a major task, especially when it comes to technical things.
The gentleman that I spoke with was OUTSTANDING. His badge number was #168063. He was very professional, courteous and helpful. As a result of his assistance I was able to get my printer up and running.
