A Susquehanna County PA resident needed some "assistance" from their local Cash Assistance Office and called me.
I contacted the Executive Director of the office, T. K. and he was most professional, courteous and helpful. I shared with him the consumer's concerns - which were quite serious and because of his positively prompt service as well as that of the caseworker who assisted the client, they were able to get the issue resolved for the consumer.
