Governor Charlie Crist And His Staff Rocks! Another Citizen Received The Help They Needed!

I love it when a citizen receives the help they need. And I also love it when someone from a Governor's office takes the time and shows the concern to help a citizen in need. That is just so awesome when that happens!

Governor Charlie Crist of Florida, P.K. who is on his staff, and R.P an employee of the state of PA ROCK because they did just that.

A disabled citizen had a concern with NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). The issue was not being resolved and after reaching out to Governor Crist who in turn had P.K. from his office investigate the matter as well as R.P. from the state of PA...the issue has been resolved for the citizen. YES!!!

Governor Charlie Crist of Florida, P.K from his office, and R.P. from the office of Vocational Rehabilitation Services in PA all did an outstanding job in helping the citizen in need. I JUST LOVE IT! THANK YOU!!!

GT Xpress 101 - Company Wants To Respond Positively To Consumers Justified Complaints

A consumer contacted me regarding a complaint they had concerning an order they placed for a GT Xpress 101. The consumer indicated they had tried to get their issue resolved by calling the company, but had not had any success in getting their complaint resolved.

I called the parent company that markets the GT Xpress 101, Gaiam Inc and was given the following information for consumers who have a complaint or concern about their GT Xpress or their order.

Customer Service for GT Xpress: (800) 357-9213 (This call center is in the Philippines so if you experience any type of language barrier be polite and ask the representative to speak slower and more clearly...be kind but yet be assertive. Do not complete the call until your matter is either resolved or you know that they will not resolve your complaint or issue at that level.)
Email Address: CustomerService@redisetgo.com. If you email the company state in your email that you will give them 3 business days to respond. If they do not respond to you within that time then call the 866 number listed below.

If you call the GT Xpress 101 customer service number or email them and you do not experience a satisfactory resolution to your complaint or issue then call the following number...

PA Department of Probation and Parole - Good People Doing A Great Job

I am so impressed with the good and dedicated people who work at the PA Department of Probation and Parole. Their job is a difficult job, an often times thankless job, and a dangerous job for many of the employees who serve the citizens of our Commonwealth in that agency.

I want to thank the people who assisted an individual with a need that they had that related to their parole. I am very grateful for the interest and consideration that was shown on behalf of the individual and his family.

State of New York Department of Health - They Responded To A NY Citizen's Needs

A blind/disabled citizen from the state of NY had reached out to me for help so I contacted Governor David Paterson's office as well as the office of the Commissioner of the Department of Health and other appropriate state offices to try and get her help. The response from the State of New York Department of Health was positive and prompt. Apparently, the matter had been resolved to the citizen's satisfaction just before I had reached out on her behalf. I am just delighted that she has received the help she needed.
