Consumer's concerns with Verizon Billing and Customer Support...
- I have helped customers of VERIZON with their consumer complaints and concerns…concerns ranging from incorrect billing issues to technical issues. For example, one consumer switched from COMCAST to VERIZON and when she did it affected her computer so that a certain program she liked would not operate on her computer. When she contacted VERIZON she was informed that she would have to pay for tech support to get the problem resolved – an issue that was caused by a change to the VERIZON service. After I contacted VERIZON, free tech support was provided to help the consumer get her issue resolved.
