Social Security Administration Office/Scranton PA - Outstanding service delivered to a client today

A consumer I am helping with her Social Security Disability claim asked me to go with her to the local SSA office located in Scranton PA to speak with a representative concerning her claim. She went to the office to file for a reconsideration of her claim as she was previously denied her claim for benefits.

We arrived at the office and were greeted by Mike, the ever friendly and helpful security guard, who assisted her in going through the process to get a number so she could be seen by someone.

After a reasonable wait we were greeted and helped by T. F. He was very pleasant, courteous and most helpful. He was helpful in getting the paperwork processed for the client so that the reconsideration process can be started at the regional DDS office.

I was most impressed by our experience at the Scranton PA SSA office today.
