Governor Edward Rendell & Indiana University Staff and others - Indiana PA - Helping a disabled student with a very urgent and serious need

A disabled YouTube subscriber of mine from Indiana PA reached out to me with a serious problem they had. The problem related to her financial aid package at Indiana University and a Sallie Mae loan and her being able to get it processed so that she could begin school on time.

I put the word out to the people I know and know of who might be able to help her and well...help her they did. I am so grateful for the response and assistance of:
